Case Managers
Our Case Managers are highly trained professionals with experiences ranging from business managers, registered nurses, healthcare managers, and mothers, allowing them to provide heartfelt care with real-life experiences. These experiences coupled with our proven care system leave our Case Managers professionally equipped to best serve our clients.
Every Case Manager augments their experience with our intensive training program. The training includes our policy and procedures, along with Federal and local in-home senior care laws. They are continually familiar with current industry standards and procedures, making them essential resources for both our clients and caregivers.
Caregivers
We understand the complexities of the aging process and is receptive to the emotional and physical demands placed on both our clients and caregivers. We realize that providing or receiving “care” can seem embarrassing and can erode self-dignity. It is important for our caregivers to understand and take their responsibilities one step further and “assist” our clients with many aspects of their daily lives.
Our Caregivers excel in customized care situations. Our clients are placed in the care of caregivers trained for their specific need. Whether your loved one needs a home-cooked meal or more personal care, our caregivers can be trusted to look after them as though they were part of the family.
